Collar Measurement: Measure actual neck size low on your neck where your neck meets your shoulders and add 1" for comfort. Blouse bodies are sized generously to allow for measurements in chart.
Note: Sleeve measurement starts from the center of the back at the neck, across one shoulder and down the arm to the wrist. Two buttons on the cuff allow for some adjustment in the sleeve length.
